Every Tuesday has been nicknamed ShoesDay by many shoe and fashion obsessed twitter-holics, I am proud to say I am one of these. For the past few months I have been posting a lust worthy shoe on Twitter with the #ShoesDay tag, these shoes range from the designer to the high street as long as it’s a beauty of a shoe it makes the cut. Today was no exception and I went for a beautifully classic black Jimmy Choo pump with a studded twist, these babies can be purchased at Net-a-Porter for a rather hefty sum.
Seeing as the theme of the day was shoes I decided to stay on topic and pick the brains of my lovely twitter followers and asked a few Shoesday questions. The first question was of course “What is your dream pair of shoes?” and the answer was Christian Louboutin…these red soled shoes have been stealing the hearts of ladies and gents for years and are certainly some of the most lusted after shoes in the world. I had a sneaky peak at the official Christian Louboutin website and these Paulina Patent PVC pumps took my breath away….I NEED these in my life.
The second question was “Is it possible to have too many shoes?” I of course knew the answer to this and yes you guessed it NO!! Girls united we all agree we can never have too many shoes. I am ashamed to admit that I don’t even know how many shoes I own and often wear the same pair over and over again. Yet when I go out shopping I am drawn to high heels like a moth to a flame and will end up walking away with shoes rather similar to ones that I already own. I think one of the main problems is that I keep my heels in boxes and often ignore the boxes at the bottom of the pile or at the back. Thanks to pinterest we have all become organising heroines and I found a rather nifty way of keep shoes organised if you don’t own a fancy pants closet just for shoes. Take a picture of your heels and print it out, add the name and style of the shoe to your picture and stick it to the side of the box that you will see, this way you will have a better view of what you have in your wardrobe and will hopefully wear all your shoes never forgetting a pair again.
Well that’s all for this weeks #ShoesDay I hope you enjoyed it and stay tuned for next weeks edition.
